Initial Contacts
Students
Students with a problem should contact the Service Desk by telephone 01509 (or 9 from a Hall of Residence) 222333, or e-mail IT.Services@lboro.ac.uk.
Depending on the description of the fault, you may wish to bring your laptop to the Student PC Clinic Ground Floor in the Haslegrave Building. For service updates see IT Services Home Page for news.
The Student PC Clinic is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday in term-time, and between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.during the holidays.
Staff
If you are a member of staff (including research postgraduates), your first contact should be your department's IT representative or School IT Co-ordinator.
Service Interruptions due to faults
Details of any service interruption due to faults are circulated by the most appropriate means. Look at IT Services home page www.lboro.ac.uk/it/ to see if any News Items are posted in the News box. If you really need updates on all service interruptions you can subscribe to the RSS News Feed.
