Finance and administration

Finance and Administration is one of two business support sections within Facilities Management. The team provides dedicated and efficient financial, administrative and secretarial support to the department. The section is led by Jane Goodacre Head of Finance and Administration.

Accounts - led by Suzanne Poxon, is responsible for providing a financial and management accounting service to the department.

Administration -  led by Caroline Pepper, is responsible for all administrative functions to support the department.

FM Helpdesk - provides a central point of contact for all queries and requests.

Room bookings - manages the centrally bookable pool teaching space.

Project Support - Leighann Carlton and Sharon O'Connor, provide secretarial support to the Deputy Director and Project Managers within Facilities Projects.

Secretariat, Director’s Office - secretarial, clerical and administrative assistance, together with a filing and archiving service is provided for the department at 11 Holywell.
Kim Schofield, provides the Director with full secretarial and diary support.

Information Management Systems - John Brophy ext 228072 Maintains and supports the Facilities Management Database Systems including the Archibus CAFM system.

Space Management - Simone Stevens ext 228070, manages space requirements across the campus. Formal requests for space are channeled through the Space Allocation Sub-Committee.
